por que isso ocorre e tambem quando eu do o comando ?Qts ele aparece todos od modulos mas quando eu visualizo esta apenas simples não aparece todo o site com os botoes e etc

Pode acontecer de alguns template pronto não funcione totalmente no localhost mas no servidor de hospedagem eles abre e apareça normalmente sem erros?
