foxcontact erro

Por este erro ao tentar instalar o foxcontact as permissões no ficheiro temp esta 777
Instalei o mesmo pacote em outro site o foi tudo certo..

Atenção: falha ao alterar permissões de arquivo!
JInstaller: :Install: Não é possível encontrar o arquivo XML de instalação
JFolder::files: O caminho não é um diretório. Caminho: /hsphere/local/home/xxxxx/xxxxx/components/com_foxcontact
JInstaller: :Install: Não é possível encontrar o arquivo XML de instalação
Falha ao copiar
JInstaller: :Install: Falha ao copiar o arquivo /hsphere/local/home/xxxxx/xxxxx/tmp/install_5175b28f92649/foxcontact/index.html para /hsphere/local/home/xxxxx/xxxxx/administrator/components/com_foxcontact/index.html

Ja tive alguns problemas assim, e resolveu limpando o cache.
tanto de atualização quanto em instalaçoes.
Vá apra aba "site" > manutenção> limpar cache

Selecione os caches e excluá-os.

Comigo funcionou.
