Problemas com flash

Pessoal estou criando um site o http://paguemenosjuazeiro.com.br/ só que estou com alguns problemas primeiro ele algo parecido com este http://www.supermercadospaguemenos.com.br/ com o flash em cima estou usando esta template gk_ilife . outro problemas é no menus seções pois o final está aparecendo atrás de um flash que tem o mascote podem reparar. usei um codigo em html pois não achei edito wisiwyg pra joomla com opção pra flash.

gostarai de saber se tem como colocar um menu como o que ele quer??
Por favor me ajudem pois tenho que enviar amanhã pro cliente

rweb, no navegador firefox seu problema parece solucionado, mas no IE realmente o erro continua!
para solucionar este problema basta somente definir em seu arquivo flash o valor do wmode
