Problemas na instalação do joomla 1.5.15 no winodws 7

Boa noite a todos, estou com um problema na instalação de meu joomla, faço a instalação normalmente e quando vou em localhost/meu projeto esta gerando vários erros como:

em algumas linhas diz que não é seguro confiar no horario do seu sistema !!

arrume a data e ahora conforme alguns relogios internacionais

No meu win 7 eu não tive esse poblema, meu poblema era o xaamp acabei instalando o wamp e nunca mais tive poblemas.

eu também estou utilizando wamp no windows 7 e acabaram os problemas.

Pode ser a versão do Xampp que é imcompatível com o Joomla. Acho que não tem nada a ver com o Windows.
