Não consigo instalar nem mudar nada no site apos instalado

Depois de fazer a instalação não consigo instalar mais nada (nem templates novos...nada).

Entre pelo FTP e de CHMOD 777 nas pastas Unwritable

Instalei vários templates no Joomla 1.5.15 em meu servidor mas não consigo alterar NADA !!
Tentei mudar o CHMOD e veja só o que está acontecendo:
