Erro 500 DB function failed with error number 126

Não consigo adicionar os artigos do site.
Este erro surgi ao tentar administrar um artigo:

500 - Ocorreu um erro

Tenta reparar o seu banco de dados. Eu atualizei vários sites meus para o 1.5.20 e não tive esse problema.
