O que fazer para voltar opção desinstalar joomla 1.5.25

Não tenho mais acesso a opção desinstalar no painel de controle joomla 1.5.25, não sei o que aconteceu que derrepente esta opção desapareceu, ao acessar Extensões, clicando em Instalar/desinstalar deveria aparecer todas as opções como antes, inclusive desinstalar.
Depois que esta opção, só consigo instalar mas desinstalar não tenho como fazer isso sem opção desinstalar, se alguém sabe como solucionar este problema e poder me ajudar eu agradeço muito.
