Manual Method: You need to update Realtek Audio Driver through “Device Manager”
1. Go to Device Manager on the device
To Start Device Manager
Open the “Run” dialog box by pressing and holding the Windows key, then hit the R key (“Run”).
Type “devmgmt.msc” in the dialog box.
2. Open Category “Click to Sound, video and game controllers’ by selecting the arrow that is the right point as given below. Under this category, you can right-click on “Realtek High Definition Audio” or” Realtek Audio”. Then, Click to Update DriverSoftware on the device menu.
3. Click “Search Automatically” for Updated driver software
4. After the driver is installed, then Restart your device for the change to be completed.
