Templates joomla de hosting

Instalei vários templates no Joomla 1.5.15 em meu servidor mas não consigo alterar NADA !!
Tentei mudar o CHMOD e veja só o que está acontecendo:

procure no fórum,ou abra um trópico sobre o assunto, ai galera pegue a template ja-purity ela tem o código aberto ótima para trabalhar e criar site hosting para hospedagem estou terminando o projeto depois mostro a vocês !!!
O ruim que tem que ser bom para fazer imagens,eu não sou mas estou quebrando um galho !!!
