Queria saber se alguem ja fez alguma página simples para venda de produto sem criar usuario e senha, apenas informar os dados de cadastro e pular para a finalizacao do pedito com metodos de envio e pagamento.

E se pode dar uma dica, se é tranquilo de fazer ou não?

Cara, eu trabalho com o VM aqui e, te aconselho a deixar a opção de criar usuário. Assim se seus clientes voltarem não precisam preencher tudo de novo... Nunca fiz dessa forma que você está querendo mas irei dar uma olhada aqui.

Na verdade eu nao quero que o usuario crie seu login, quero apenas os dados de cadastro e a finalizacao do pedido, por isso pode se rmais simplificado.

Inclusive, o formulario de cadastro eu queria exibir na primeira pagina, depois ele so escolhe frete e faz o pagamento.

É tipo o one page checkout, mas eu quero o formulario de cadastro separado do resto do processo de checkout.
