coloque a imagem em /images/stories/
depois selecione ela na caixa de seleções de imagens depois salve.

pra ocultar o titulo e deixar só a imagem tem q ir direto no php

Qual é o template?

Precisa saber se o titulo é um <h1>, <h2>.... Ai vc coloca uma classe chamando a imagem como background.
